September 5 - 12, 2010 we drove from La Ceiba, Honduras to Elk Grove, California to begin our six-month furlough in the U.S.
We spent 97 hours 20 minutes behind the wheel. The entire trip was 4063 miles. Our average daily distance was 580 miles.

ok, so this solidified my thoughts on not driving from Michigan to Honduras with our two preschoolers! What an adventure though! Maybe when the boys are in college and it's just Noah and I again...
